The downstream and countercurrent grain dryer is a combined drying process of "downstream and countercurrent" and a grain dryer of "subsection temperature change drying" according to the heating temperature of grain. There is a slow-sour section between each drying section, and "drying-slow-sour" is carried out alternately.
In the top downstream drying section, high hot air temperature is used to make the grain warm up quickly, evaporate quickly, and take away most of the surface moisture; in the middle drying section, medium hot air temperature is used to remove a large amount of moisture; after the above drying section, grain temperature has increased, so the bottom countercurrent drying section can be removed at a lower temperature. In order to avoid excessive temperature rise, the water with strong adsorption inside grain can be stored directly in storage after sufficient cooling in cooling section. The drying tower will optimize the combination of "downstream" and "countercurrent" drying technology to achieve the best results, is our company's high-quality grain dryer model.
Applicable to grain depots, farms, and feed processing enterprises, drying high moisture cereals. Continuous drying of various cereals and oilseeds (corn, rice, wheat, soybean, rapeseed) was carried out.
It is especially suitable for continuous drying of high moisture maize, rice, soybean, wheat and other grain crops in alpine areas.
Processing capacity is large, single machine can reach 100-1000 tons.
The precipitation range is large, and a single precipitation can reach more than 25%.
The drying process of multi-stage drying and multi-stage slow-drying was adopted. The drying process was long, the quality of grain was good, the moisture was uniform, and the color and biochemical index were close to that of air-dried grain.
The highest temperature drying medium contacts the lowest temperature grain. The heat efficiency is high and the energy saving effect is obvious.

Mixed-flow cooling technology is adopted. The cooling is uniform and thorough. It can be stored directly in storage for summer without burning back.
